Is your shop open?
Our Pali location has CLOSED as of April 12, 2026. We have decided to close our Pali retail shop for a couple factors and will be focusing our attention to growing our pint production. You can find us in Waikiki daily 11am-9pm at our new Scoop Shop located in the Hyatt Regency across the Duke Statue! Find pints at select Foodland Farms locations on Oahu such as Pearl City, Ala Moana, Ka Makana Ali'i (Kapolei), and Aina Haina.
How can I use my gift card?
If you have a gift card for our shop you can currently use it at our Waikiki Scoop location. We plan to reopen Asato Family Shop in the future at the same or new location to better serve our community. We look forward to seeing you around soon!
Where can I now find pints?
Pints are now available daily at Foodland Farms Ala Moana, Pearl City, Ka Makana Ali'i (Kapolei), and Aina Haina. We will do our best to update you via Instagram @asatofamily when we release new flavors and to which locations. Mahalo for choosing to support local small business in Hawaii!
